Does anybody have the wiring schematic for a Ford 340A? I am trying to figure out why this thing will not charge. It has a voltage regulator and an alternator. The charge light does not come on and has 12 volts coming in on both wires with the tractor off and the key on.

I don't know anyplace online that has that schematic available for download.
Except for the front axle, your tractor is identical to a 3600. Buy the I&T FO-41 manual and it will have the diagram you need - plus a lot of other stuff pertinent to your tractor.
